What is

Homeopathy ?

How can Homeopathy benefit me?
.

Homeopathy is an effective form of medicine which aids the body’s own ability to heal itself. It can be used for both adults and children. It will assist your body’s own resources to fight off illnesses.

The benefits that homeopathy brings to women’s health are great. A women’s life is all about cycles, menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth and menopause. Homeopathy can fully assist and support these transitions.

It is normal for young children to get colds, ear infections, tonsillitis; homeopathy treats their condition by stimulating the immune system so that the body can shake off illnesses effectively.

Homeopathy uses remedies made from plants and minerals.

Because they are highly diluted those substances are made harmless and have no side effects. The remedy is given is small tablet form easily dissolved in the mouth. No food or drink should be taken for twenty minutes before and after taking the remedy.

Storage should be in a cool dark place away from sun and strong odors.

It is useful to note any changes that may occur after taking the remedy. Some people may see an immediate improvement in energy, while others experience a cold or diarrhoea as a result of the initiated detoxifying process.

Homeopathy sees how body, mind and emotions are linked together. In fact when we are ill, we are affected mentally, emotionally as well as physically.

Long-term emotional problems such as depression, chronic anxiety, lack of confidence can be addressed with homeopathy. The remedy that perfectly fits the symptoms expressed by the person will aid body and mind to heal at a very deep level and gradually the emotional state will become lighter as the energy increases.

Homeopathy is safe and gentle while healing the whole person. In fact, it restores imbalance and helps to stay in touch with your health.
